This policy is designed to comply with the Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019 (Uganda) and applicable regulations.
Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Buufu Technologies (“we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you use the Tichax Smart School System (“the Service”).
We are committed to protecting personal data in accordance with the Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019 (Uganda).

- Role (e.g., teacher, parent, administrator)

- Class, grades, and academic records

Student data is treated as highly sensitive and handled with strict safeguards.
